Seven Lakes Hosts the NCHSAA 3A Women’s Regional
Good weather plus Seven Lakes made for one great day. On Tuesday, October 20, we were proud to host the NCHSAA 3A Women's Regional, welcoming high school golfers from across the region to play for a team title and a spot at next week's state finals.
Congratulations to the NC School of Science and Math, who won the overall team competition with a score of 286. Providence Grove High School finished second with 331.
In the individual race, Audrey Lee of NCSSM earned regional medalist honors with an 81, and Isabella Taylor of Martin County High School was runner-up with a 93.
All of these young ladies displayed great sportsmanship throughout the day, and it was a pleasure to have them on our course. Best of luck to everyone moving on to the state finals next week!
