At 7 Lakes Golf Club, we take the health and safety of our guests and members very seriously. With our comprehensive plan in place, we feel that golf can remain a safe haven of outdoor activity and mental stimulation.
At Check In:
- You can now "Park and Play"
- Please call ahead and pay over the phone: (910) 673-4653
- Some groups are having one person pay for the entire group to streamline the process
- We will not be accepting cash
- The range is closed, so please don't show up too early before your round
On the Course:
- We encourage our customers to walk their round of golf
- For those that need carts, one cart will be issued per person
- Water coolers have been removed. We encourage guests to bring their own pre-filled water bottles
- We have added foam to the cups to reduce a touch point when retreiving your ball from the cup
- We encourage everyone to leave the flag stick in
- Rakes have been removed
Golf Carts:
- Golf carts are thoroughly wiped down after each round. This includes the steering wheel, seat, bag strap, and side handles with disinfecting wipes or spray
- Cart staff are wearing protective gloves and changing them throughout the day
Clubhouse:
- Customer touch points including bathroom areas, stair rails, doors and doorknobs, and countertops are regularly and diligently cleaned
- We are ensuring hot water, soap, and disposable paper towels are available in all restrooms
- All restrooms are kept clean and disinfected throughout the day
Golf Shop:
- No more than 10 people will be allowed inside the golf shop at a time, and all are required to maintain a 6 foot social distance
- Customer touch points at the counter are cleaned ever hour including credit card terminal and buttons
- Computers, keyboards, and phones are wiped down on a regular basis
- All doors are being wiped with disinfectant each hour
Staff:
- We have instructed all staff members who feel ill to stay home. We have a paid sick leave policy in place.
- We encourage staff to eat well, stay hydrated and well-rested, and quickly report if they are not feeling well
- We are reading daily CDC and WHO best practices and communicating to all employees
